Terms of Service

When someone messages me for a commission, they will be sent this page. When commissioning me, keep in mind these terms:

  • You must pay upfront before any services are delivered! With PayPal, I can accept these currencies.

  • Refunds can be issued if you do not feel like going forward with the commission. If any work has been done, I can issue a 75% refund.

  • Even though I am open for NSFW commissions, I will not draw any illegal, hateful, or harmful content.

  • I will only accept NSFW commissions from adults. Minors requesting this content will be blocked.

Copyright & Legal Processes

These commissions are meant for personal use only. I own the rights to all of the work I've made, commissioned or not. You are not allowed to sell or exchange my work in:

  • Merchandise,

  • Publishing or articles,

  • AI generation, and

  • NFT's

Do not generate an image(s) or video(s) on A/I programs using my artwork.

Pricing & Fee's

I only accept Ko-Fi and PayPal for payment. I can accept these currencies.I accept Discord Nitro commissions, not Discord Nitro Basic.
